The Booster Club is organized exclusively for non-profit educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

The key objectives of this organization are:
- Positive interaction between the Booster Club, School officials, Orchestra directors, Orchestra students, Westwood student body and the general public.
- Encouragement of school, parent and community participation in the organization.
- Fundraising to support Orchestra activities.
- Communication of Westwood Orchestra news to various media.
